Thanks for the message. I know the problem at the Long Hair Palace is frustrating. It is for me, too! I am working on it, but can only devote a certain amount of time after my regular job and other commitments. I am making some progress tracking down the problem, but obviously not as quickly as I (or many others) would like. The problem seems to be in the code and/or possibly a database issue, but I am trying to get someone who knows more about this than I do to help me out.
