Your download links have been sent. Our instructions were not followed for your order & coupon code was entered after logging in to your account that's why you have been charged for all 4 videos. Number of times and everywhere we mentioned that "PLEASE DON'T LOG IN BEFORE ENTERING THE COUPON CODE". If you log in before submitting the coupon code then it will not be accepted.
