Sylvie van der Vaart is a Dutch model, and wife of Dutch world-class soccer player Rafael van der Vaart, who currently plays for Tottenham Hotspur.

She is indeed a beautiful woman, but regarding her hair you should know that she was diagnosed with cancer about a year ago and then literally lost all of her mane when she underwent chemotherapy.

She co-hosts a show on German TV with short hair at the moment. I have no idea if we see her real hair there or if that´s a wig, and I don´t know if she´s going to grow out her hair again - she does look very very good, though, with her short hair, too.
