its a long process but if u really want it then follow these steps

1) download & install unlocker filehippo.com/download_unlocker/

2) buffer the video completely & pause it & do not close the window

3) go to my computer & type %temp%

4) sort all the files according to file sizes

5) the file name shud be "flaXXXX.tmp" depending on the lenght the file will be a few megabytes

6) right click on tht file & select unlocker

7) then on the lower left hand shid ull hav a drop down menu. select copy & select the destination where u want to save it.

8) go to the file & change its extension to .flv
