I hate Trojans that take over your machine like that! grrr

Sometimes Norton doesn't catch everything, and some viruses even disable the most common anti-virus software programs. I've had some experience with this in the past and have had a lot of success with this online scan: pandasoftware.com/activescan/activescan/ It works great and I recommend everyone try it every once in a while because sometimes it catches things Norton doesn't.

Also, you need to get Adaware, it cleans up spyware and malware from your computer. I'd run this every week as your usual computer maintenance as well. lavasoft.de/ you can download it for free there.

Also, VERY important, you have to update your virus definitions at least once a week no matter what program you're using. It can't catch the new stuff if it doesn't know about them.
