Browser extension: Video DownloadHelper - probably the best.

Other options:

1. Internet Download Manager - back when I used Windows, it was the best. Integrates with the browser and provided one click download button right next to the video. Not available for Mac.

2. JDownloader2 might work as well but I don't use it for that purpose. Worth a try. This is a powerful tool.

3. My preferred option: yt-dlp. It's a command line tool with tons of options. If you're comfortable with technology, this is a beast. You don't need to understand all the options to get started. Once installed, just running `yt-dlp url-of-the-page` will suffice, which will grab the highest resolution. From there on, you can learn on a need-to-know basis.
