I went and read CB's terms and conditions, to see if there was anything like the statement KF has about not redistributing content. I might have missed something, but all I found was:

"Use of Information on the Platform. As noted in our Privacy Policy, we cannot ensure the security or privacy of information (including, without limitation, text, images, and videos) you provide or share through the Platform. We are not responsible for, and cannot control, the use of any information, by anyone, that you provide or make available to other parties through the Platform."
