quick note, i found the content aware move tool in photoshop to be really inconsistent. i get more consistent results by instead copying the selection, pasting it, dragging it, and then creating a layer mask and painting the mask using a large brush with 0% hardness, creating opacity to help blend it

or honestly, skipping the blending step sometimes works too. i just get a lot of weird results from the content move tool
