Ideogram is pretty good at photo-like images of short hair, but I have not been able to get it to do really long hair. The limit seems to be waist-length. If I ask for hair that falls down to her knees, instead of getting long hair, she raises her knees toward her chest.

This is the best I have done so far. I don't know if the link will work for other people.
