Is this late 1990's? I remember tlhs.de (not to be confused with tlhp.de, similar layout site for long hair) the very first long hair site on the web.

I think her name may have been Nora. Her husband took the photos, he passed away and she may have cut her hair afterwards. There may have been a Q&A with her on hairboutique.com. Memory is fizzy.. I still remember the pix though.
