As you mention Sweden:

I was in elementary school when, I believe it was in 1967, Sweden converted from driving on the left-hand side to the right-hand side.

Around that time I accidentally caught a German tabloid lying on a table in the doctor´s waiting room or at a friend´s place (I don´t remember anymore), and on the opened page there was a sizable picture of a slim smiling Swedish girl, very beautiful (the type of ABBA´s Agnetha), about age 20, bent forward a little with two bright blonde calf-length braids that grazed her ankles in that position, with the caption saying something like "hair 150 cm long".

I´m pretty sure that everyone who stumbled on that photo on that day has long forgotten all about it. Everyone but me. I sure have never forgotten that sight. Not for one moment. As a matter of fact, I would be happy to see it again. Perhaps there is a remote chance that some contributor on this forum happens to have it on his hard disk, and would be kind enough to post it here.
