I have been using the Internet Explorer Image Toolbar to do this. I just hover the cursor over the upper left hand corner of the image, and a toolbar appears with an icon that allows me to click and have the save image window appear. This toolbar can be turned off, so you might not have it activated. Do a search on the function - much easier that cutting and pasting!
