Sorry for the late response (I've been off-line for a few days getting my computer upgraded), BUT I have to say I'm with pc all the way on this one. As I've said before, I don't see this coming into hair thing at all.

For one thing, silky soft hair is a thing of beauty (I guess we all agree on that), so why mess it up?

And, yes, it does come across to me as a form of humiliation. RESPECT (thank you, el zoef) is the watchword here.
