Uploading is EASY:

Go to mytempdir.com

Click browse and select the file from your harddrive. Then click upload.

When it's uploaded, it will give you a link to the file.

Then post that link here -- and you're done!

No downloading restrictions either, and seems to be faster (IMO) than Rapidshare.
