Hey, IIRC, I believe Mrs. Pope was making noises about cutting her hair a while back. Did she, or where you able to dissuade her? If you were able to convince her not to, I (and I bet others) would be interested in hearing how you managed. Lots of us dread the day when the wife/GF gets that tone in her voice and says "I need a change....this look is so boring...etc." I'm sure you know what I mean: it seems no amount of "logic" or explaining that "but you're so hot just the way you are, please don't change a thing, etc., etc." can stop them when they get this idea. A lifetime of being brainwashed by the so-called "beauty industry" has them all convinced that they need to do something - anything - every once in a while "just for a fresh look" (never mind that you are crazy about the look she has - never mind that's why you fell for her...".

So, what argument worked?
