I'm not sure what the fuss is here. If you want a particular thing, isn't it easier to go where you know you can get it?

If I fancy eating Bouef Bourgignon, I don't go to MacDonald's and complain that they don't do it, I go to a French restaurant.

Foxy Anya and LOLSH (to name but two, do this sort of thing, and probably better then HWAS ever would - just as I wouldn't expect MacDonald's to do that Bouef Bourgignon as well as a French restaurant would.
