Medusa is a character in Marvel comics with "living hair" it moves at her merest whim. She is very strong and can do a lot of things with it. her husband is Black Bolt whose voice is so powerful that the merest whisper would destroy an entire city...so he is forever voluntarily mute. They are members of the Inhumans team.
