You guys seem to know all about opening files downloaded from rapidshare and the likes. I spent quite some time downloading a movie and now I can't open it. I usually use 7-Zip or hjsplit, however neither seem to be working this time. 7-Zip acts like its working but never joins the files.

The files are named swepee-gbe.r01 through .r47 ending with swepee-gbe.sfv
