Use Firefox browser (this can be downloaded free), and while the video is playing click on 'tools' in the menuebar, select 'Download Helper , slect 'Media' and then the video title. If you select 'Preferences' from the Download Helper menu you can set it automatically comvert flv files to more or less anything you like.
