I have one thing to add which is traveling to India and shoot HD videos as much as you can.

I think longhairfashion.com/ owner can help us , u need to pay for him and for any girls he bring.

I think we need to publish a website to be the main representative for us, so in case any Indian girls wants to do hairjob we can provide her a full service(shooting HD video,publish it online) and pay for her in very good rate.

also we can let any girl do hairjob without showing her face , at least during the start up phase of the project.

I believe money is very important , we need to offer very good money for them.
