I go to Shanghai quite regularly (every two months or so) and it is indeed quite nice for hair too. Better quality long hair for sure.

You should definitely add Seoul to your list - such a rich culture, interesting history and lovely sights. The food is really good too (love their BBQ!) and the people are so friendly.
