You can't lead with your fetish, you'll just creep them out unless they're super desperate. You have to win them over before you can get to that kind of fun stuff. Charm them, make them laugh, keep the conversation off hair until you get to a point (usually multiple dates in) where you can open up a bit.

And don't think of them as "hair women" they're just women. Under all the hair they're just people. If they cut their hair, they're still the same person, and need to be understood that way.
