I did email you, KD... and you're aware of what was said. Try being patient instead of encouraging others to post what they should not.

It's not a matter of only having US citizens join through CCBill.. I have members outside of the US as well. The issue with CCBill and trying to join from India is that they don't process for your bank's bin. This isn't something that's up to me, they don't ask me if it's ok or not; it's their past experiences with certain banks and they decide if the transaction should go thru or not. If CCBill has had much misfortune with certain banks in various parts of the world, they choose to not allow the sign up to happen, I don't have any say in the matter, I'm afraid.
