I have watched the video. As soon as the person starts talking, you cannot be that sure anymore if this is a woman or a man.

I would say that it is a muscular female (with lots of workout practice) with very small boobs (which are indicated when the person poses sideways in one scene).

But it could also be a man having fun by deliberately puzzling the beholder as for her/his gender.....
