Highly recommend you to reconsider not installing software. yt-dlp is such a fantastic tool that lets you download from tons of sources. This is something you gotta do just once and then downloading is as easy as just pasting "yt-dlp your-url" in the terminal. It can do so much more. Even if you're not tech savvy, there's plenty of help available for even the most basic questions you might have.
