This is perfect (so far!) - stream-recorder works like a charm - seems very easy to use, can choose resolution, video quality is good.

I tried hls too, 2 hiccups:

1. It saves the files without an extension, I just tried to add ".mp4"

2. Video can then play (I'm using vlc), but when I press the forward buttom, it lags like half a second before the video resumes. This doesn't happen when I use stream-recorder as above.
