Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of her hair down, but I waited enough for her to undo her bun and updo it again. Her hair was down to her knees. Thick and shiny all the way down.

This story was the other way round. I first saw her hair up in a bun, not as big as the previous lady, but it was black, shiny, and big enough. Followed her enough to see her hair down all the way till she checked out of the supermarket.
