I have the Penthouse special edition where that pictorial was first offered. I never realised it was Tiffany Burlingame who was featured as Tiffany had no bangs in the pictorials I have seen before.

The "rope" made with her soft long hair being brushed against her lips of her vagina got me worked up quite a bit... and quite often!
