90% of the wigs that Locks of love make are for children between the ages of 6 to 18yrs

suffering from Alopecia, this information is on the LOL website. To the best of my knowledge, Alopecia is not a debilitating illness, cancer is. Only 3% of the wigs LOL makes go to children with long term cancer because hair usually grows back after chemo. This information is also on LOL website. I'm believe 99% of the donors think they are helping

kids with cancer. I think Ann Curry could better serve humanity by selling her hair on ebay or raising money with a fansite and then donating the money to cancer research andor helpng to pay medical bills of families that loose everything in there fight with cancer. She was actually whinning about having a beautiful head of hair and is glad to get rid of it.
