Well, I must say I was pleasantly surprised with Tyra's show tonight. Not the usual hack job they've had in the past. (I wonder if they were responding to complaints they had received. yeah right). But, it was nice to see them not chopping the hell out of the poor girls' hair for a change. They actually even let the girls with long hair let it stay (relatively) long.

I did notice one thing about this year's show: It is definitely lacking the ethnic diversity of previous seasons! I didn't notice it until tonight's show, but found myself surprised by the lack of "color."
