first reaction was to jump on you, but maybe you are sincere. i'll give you the benefite of the doubt and add a tip for anyone else who's interested. I have been a customer of Don's for years, and while I have had problems from time to time (some of which were very frustrating, I'll admit) he and his staff have ALWAYS gone out of their way to make sure they took care of me, even to the point of giving me MORE than I paid for to compensate for my troubles. I have spent a good deal of time on the phone with Don, and he is a true professional. So I suggest that (if you haven't already) you contact HWAS directly and let them know exactly what problems you are having, and I know for a fact that they will make sure you are a satisfied customer. It's easy to come on a b oard anonymously and trash someone to the rest of the world, but wouldn't you rather get what you paid for? Try it.
