PennyLynn, I am not among many things a pro hair grader. If you noticed I used a A, B and C grade. Based on softness and overall condition. Grade C has split end. Grade A does not. If I saw a women with Grade A I'd look twice (the touch factor) where as grade C I would not (as much). It's my Subjective Rating not a Industry Standard. Maybe my standards are low. Also the grade is not rated on length. That's why I supplied the kind of photo's I did so the buyer can also decide. I hope this answers your questions.
