Well for me a big seller would be a site that works on moble GIZMO'S like the IPHONE or PSP.

The video would need to be a ".MP4"

small thumbnal photos you click to download the big ones.

no flash.

no crazy java.

no youtube like players.

videos you download to your hard drive.

so you dont need to go online to watch them.
